You may cancel your participation free of charge until 12:00 AM on 25 of November 2025.
Cancellations received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Participants who confirm attendance but do not show up—and fail to cancel by the deadline—will be invoiced the full ticket amount to cover event costs.
