International Speed Business Mixer | Gdańsk
We invite you to participate in an international networking event in the format of the International Speed Business Mixer, organized in cooperation with bilateral chambers of commerce.
This dynamic event is designed to enable quick and effective business networking in an international environment. Participants will take part in three approximately 20-minute table sessions, during which they will have the opportunity to present their company, showcase their offer, and establish new business connections.
Thanks to a pre-event registration form, participants are assigned to relevant industry groups, which helps increase the quality and relevance of meetings.
Participation Rules
The event consists of two parts: table meeting sessions and open networking.
Only one representative per company may participate in the table sessions; an additional representative may join during the networking part.
Participants are assigned to industry groups based on the registration form (organizers do not guarantee meetings with all selected industries).
On the day of the event, each participant will receive an individual meeting schedule.
Groups consist of a maximum of 10 participants. Each participant has approximately 2 minutes to present their company.
After each session, participants change tables according to the schedule.
Meetings will be conducted in Polish and/or English.
Participation Fee
PLN 250 net for member companies
PLN 500 net for non-member companies
In the event of confirmed participation and absence without prior cancellation (by April 7, 2026), an invoice will be issued according to the above rates.
Registration
Interested participants are asked to complete the registration form by April 9, 2026.
Accommodation
Event participants can benefit from preferential accommodation rates at Arche Hotel Gdańsk Airport using the password: IZBA. Reservations should be made via email at: rezerwacja@archegdansklotnisko.pl.
