Annual General Meeting of the Finnish Section
The Finnish Section warmly invites all its Members to attend the Annual General Meeting. During the meeting, we will present a summary of the Section’s activities for 2025 and conduct the election of the Section’s Management Board for the upcoming term. The meeting will also provide an opportunity to meet H.E. Päivi Laine, Ambassador of Finland.
We are also pleased to announce a special guest speaker, Dawid Biesiadecki-Dziuba from ICEYE, who will deliver a presentation titled: ‘In Lem’s wildest dreams… Confronting space and AI through ICEYE’s perspective’.
We encourage all Members to participate, share their views, and contribute to shaping the future direction of SPCC activities.
Agenda:
- Welcome speech of H.E. Päivi Laine, the Ambassador of Finland to Poland
- Guest presentation by Dawid Biesiadecki-Dziuba (ICEYE): ‘In Lem’s wildest dreams… Confronting space and AI through ICEYE’s perspective.’
- Opening of the AGM
- Legality of the meeting and quorum
- Election of chairman, secretary, and two vote counters for the meeting
- The Board’s Activity Report for the year 2025
- Finnish Section Activity plan for the year 2026
- Election of the Finnish Section Board for the year 2026
- Appointment of the Finnish Section candidates to the 2026 SPCC Board
- Any Other Business
Members participate in the General Meeting in person. Persons authorized to represent the company are kindly requested to register their participation by March 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
If you are unable to attend the General Meeting in person, you may authorize another person to vote on behalf of the company. The proxy form is available at the LINK.
After the meeting, the Ambassador of Finland invites participants for refreshments.
