Annual General Meeting of the Norwegian Section of the SPCC

The Norwegian Section warmly invites all its Members to attend the Annual General Meeting. During the meeting, we will present a summary of the Section’s activities for 2025 and conduct the election of the Section’s Management Board for the upcoming term. We encourage all Members to participate, share their views, and contribute to shaping the future direction of SPCC activities.

Members participate in the General Meeting in person. Persons authorized to represent the company are kindly requested to register their participation by March 13, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.

If you are unable to attend the General Meeting in person, you may authorize another person to vote on behalf of the company. The proxy form is available below.

Should you wish to stand for election to the Board, please advice the SPCC Office (azielinska@spcc.pl) no later than the 6 of March indicating which position you wish to be considered for.
Also please submit a short summary of why you should be considered by the Members of the Norwegian Section as a suitable candidate. 
Your application will be forwarded to the Nomination Committee (Carsten Nilsen and Małgorzata Kubik-Trojanowska) and presented at the Annual General Meeting of the Norwegian Section.
