For your convenience, online payment is available during registration. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, simply skip the online payment step—you will receive an invoice before the event.

Important:
You may cancel your participation free of charge until 12:00 AM on 12 of Jauary 2026.
Cancellations received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Participants who confirm attendance but do not show up—and fail to cancel by the deadline—will be invoiced the full ticket amount to cover event costs: PLN 150 (member companies) / 250 net (non-member companies).
