Radek Kaskiewicz – Managing Director Blåkläder in Poland
Radek Kaskiewicz is a business executive with 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and international team management.
In 2025, he joined Blåkläder as Managing Director for Poland, focusing on driving sustainable and profitable growth, expanding brand awareness, and building a strong local team.
Previously, Radek worked at 3M, where he held multiple leadership roles across local, European, Middle East, and global structures. Between 2004 and 2007, he served as Global Market Development Leader for the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division at 3M headquarters in St. Paul, USA. After returning to Europe, he became Head of Business Development for Central and Eastern Europe, and subsequently led the Industrial and Energy–Electronics Business Groups in Poland. He later took on the role of Managing Director for 3M’s former Central Europe Region (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary), followed by Managing Director for the South East Europe Region (Italy, Greece, Israel, Turkey, Romania, and the Balkan countries).
In 2021, Radek assumed the position of Vice President and Managing Director for 3M East Europe as well as the Middle East & Africa Regions, overseeing all operations and managing the reputation and strategic development of the 3M brand across these markets.
Radek is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
He is passionate about photography, traveling, and learning about other cultures.
