Unicall is a Scandinavian call center est. in 2004 in Norway with focus aimed at CEE region. Since early days Unicall aimed to be at forefront of customer service quality standards while creating friendly and open-minded work environment. It employs over 700 people in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania and Latvia. The services span customer life cycle, ranging from complex customer care, sales, sales support, lead generation, market research and back office. From 2021 we became a part of Natural Pharmaceuticals – a producer of natural dietary supplements based on Omega-3 acids.
