About 20 people work at the embassy, dealing with politics, promotion, economic and EU affairs, culture, press and information, administration, visa, and consular matters, as well as police and customs matters.

Due to the prevailing epidemic situation, a visit to the Swedish Embassy in matters related to obtaining a passport or ID card is possible only after making an appointment.
The telephone exchange is open Mondays - hours. 13.30-16.30; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday - hours. 8.30-12.30

The Commercial Counselor's Office has its own seat
at Czackiego 7/9 in Warsaw.

The official naming ceremony and placing of a commemorative plate dedicated to Raoul Wallenberg will take place on 19th April at 10:30 am on Świetokrzyska Street 30. In connection to the Wallenberg Street inauguration an exhibition about Raoul Wallenberg will be opened on the Grzybowski Square, available from the 19th of April to the 16th of May.
