ln the plant in Kolobrzeg we processing hering delicatesen in different souces and brines in the plastic and glass jars, for Norvegian and EU market. We use mainly Norvegian raw material, always fresh, never frozen. lt is caught in short fishing seasons when the fat content is optimal. By marinating appropriately, we ensure availability from the fishing season to the next catch.
