Highlights from the 3rd Edition of Expert Support 2024

Over the course of three months, our experts – seasoned professionals from diverse fields – provided guidance, shared best practices, and offered fresh perspectives on the key challenges facing member companies. This edition brought together valuable knowledge, inspiring discussions, and practical tools that companies could immediately apply in their day-to-day operations.

Expert Support once again proved to be a unique platform where expertise meets business needs, helping organizations strengthen their resilience, drive innovation, and stay ahead in a rapidly changing market.

What is the Expert Support program?


Expert Support, developed by the Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce, was first introduced during the pandemic – a time when businesses faced unprecedented challenges and the need for expert guidance was greater than ever. Since its launch, the program has aimed to provide a trusted space where seasoned professionals from diverse industries can share their expertise and respond directly to the real challenges faced by member companies.

The initiative offers companies not only practical advice but also fresh perspectives and inspiration in key areas such as management, law, finance, logistics, new technologies, and organizational development. Over time, Expert Support has grown into a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, empowering strategic decisions and helping businesses strengthen their resilience in an ever-evolving market environment.

Areas of Expert Support 3/2024:

The experts of the Expert Support program represented an exceptionally broad spectrum of knowledge and experience. Their expertise covered logistics and operations – including warehousing, management of owned and external logistics centers, transport, customs, and contract logistics – as well as advisory services in attracting key employees, permanent recruitment, and white-collar outsourcing.

In the field of real estate, experts supported companies in lease renegotiations, office relocations, space optimization, subleases, and workplace strategy, as well as in commercial and financial analyses, negotiations, and compliance with legal regulations. In taxation, they provided advisory on corporate income tax (CIT), transfer pricing, international taxation and tax proceedings, including Pillar II requirements.

They also shared expertise in developing and scaling shared service centers and service organizations across finance, HR, marketing, procurement, and R&D. Other areas of specialization included B2B marketing, brand building, marketing strategy, digital and content marketing, as well as data analytics, data management, reporting, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Additionally, experts provided support in digital technologies and e-commerce, real estate advisory and property valuation, as well as renewable energy, including the design and development of wind and solar farms. In organizational and leadership development, they offered mentoring, coaching, personal and team growth, motivation, communication, and certified diagnostic methods.

Their expertise further encompassed cost optimization and operational efficiency, strategic consulting, automation, futurology, startup development, IT management, cloud consulting, software development, sustainable digitalization, and comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
