On the 18th November SPCC in cooperation with Electrolux and Randstad organized a meeting in Electrolux Plant in OÅ‚awa. The event was devoted to HR subject matter such as employment structure with reference to seasonality of work. Findings of the reasons that motivate employees in being active on the labour market were also presented. Participants had a possibility to visit Electrolux washing machines production line.
