The second HR Forum in 2010 was held in cooperation with SHL Polska on the 28th of October in Warsaw. The meeting was devoted to systemic and individualized staff development solutions. Ms. Aneta Fita, Managing Director of SHL Polska, presented a business case. The goal was to identify and retain talent in a big Scandinavian Apparel retail company. The best performers and future leaders in the company were found and individual development plans for them were made and micro engagement to measure their motivation was emphasized. During the meeting tools to enhance or reinforce motivation of staff were presented as well as advice on how to use these tools in the most properly.
