Trade unions are getting more active in Poland and are expanding into sectors in which they were not present until now. On the 11th of March in Warsaw SPCC in cooperation with Bujakiewicz&Sancewicz Legal Office organized seminar devoted to legal and practical aspects of functioning of trade unions in Poland. During the meeting Mr. Witold Sancewicz presented employer’s rights and obligations when dealing with trade unions and their members in Poland. Mr. Jesper Loth briefly outlined legal, practical and cultural circumstances of functioning of trade unions in Nordic countries (Denmark as an example).
SPCC would like to thank Bujakiewicz&Sancewicz Legal Office for content and financial contribution to the meeting.
