The seminar entitled “Entrepreneurs and environment - legal liability issues' was held on 10th May 2006 at the at the White & Case Office. The meeting was organized in co-operation with the White & Case Law Firm and Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.

The experts form the White & Case presented practical aspects (based on case studies) of civil, administrative and criminal liability regarding the environmental impact of an investment or ongoing business activity.
