SPCC in cooperation with Magnusson Law Firm organized a succesful seminar with 60 participants, on the topic of: Polish regulations on personal liability of Board Members.
The presentation was made by Anna Jarząbek Joergensen and Maciej Węgiełek, Associates with Magnusson Law Firm and the topic was presented both from the perspective of Board Members as well as shareholders and creditors of a company.
After the seminar all the guest were invited the buffet dinner at the office premises of Magnusson Law Firm in the building of Biblioteka Uniwersytecka.
