On Tuesday 18th March SPCC together with Ernst & Young organized seminar “How to win difficult cases before tax administration and courts? “ The meeting was held in Ernst&Young office in Warsaw.

The seminar was based on the case study - refund of withholding  tax on dividends distributed to Norway.
