Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce organized meeting with Mr. Zbigniew Rapciak Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Infrastructure on 17 th April 2008.
Mr. Zbigniew Rapciak has kindly accepted to meet the SPCC members and delivered a speech regarding plans of development and modernisation of motorways and roads infrastructure in Poland in coming years, and possibilities of cooperation with foreign investors, especially before Euro 2012.
