The changes in the labor market were discussed at yesterday's Resilient Workplace conference by our guests: Lilia Bońka SEB, Aleksander Szybilski Cushman & Wakefield, Karolina Radziszewska Skanska, Mikkel Lyngbo Nielsen Ericsson, Jakub Strzemzalski 7N and Wanda BROCIEK
Karolina Radziszewska emphasized the need to create, in cooperation with employees, a balanced return plan to offices, taking into account their needs and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.
How will offices change, will we move away from projects based on the number of employees towards people-oriented spaces?
Ericsson is already testing such concepts in several of its locations. Mikkel Lyngbo Nielsen emphasized that these new spaces literally reflect the ideas of employees about their future workplace.
Jakub Strzemzalski pointed to one of the positive effects of accelerated digitization of companies and remote work: awareness in the area of cybersecurity has increased significantly. This translated not only into technological solutions. Thanks to the educational activities and development of ext. the compliance culture has increased awareness of cyber risk.
The panellists agreed that the flexibility of working with us will remain, and the role of the culture of trust will play an increasingly important role.
