On Wednesday, 3th June „The EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Building partnership for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Competitiveness” conference was held in Warsaw in Radisson Blue Hotel. Conference was organized by Demos EUROPA – Centre for European Strategy, Swedish Embassy in Poland, Office of the Committee for European Integration, Scandinavian – Polish Chamber of Commerce and Baltic Development Forum. Many interesting topics were discussed during conferences, inter alia: EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea, the first macro regional framework of cooperation within the EU.
Our conference gathered key representatives of the corporate sector, top policy officials from the Baltic Sea States and EU institutions, experts and practitioners in the field and media. Among lecturers there were inter alia: Włodzimierz Kiciński, President Nordea Bank Polska, Anders Lindholm, European Commission DG Regio, Uffe Ellemann-Jensen,  former Minister for Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Chairman Baltic Development Forum and Dag Hartelius, Ambassador of Sweden
