On 6th May 2009 at Radisson SAS Centrum hotel in Warsaw SPCC organized the workshop with Siegfried W Andersen - well known  specialist of Leadership development. During the meeting “Mr. Leadership” presented very interesting topics - definition of talent, taking the lead, how to make career or how to understand the business. Mr. Andersen spoke about leadership both at work and at home. His views on leadership were interesting and thoughts provoking.

Siegfried W Andersen is a Senior Associate and on the Board of JSRI. Among his professional accomplishments he is especially pleased to be well known to managers across the entire A. P. Moller Group and other national and multi-national organizations for carrying out their management training programs for over fifteen years. He has a technical professional background, an MBA in organizational behavior and management from Aarhus Business School and he participated in the 1984 AMP program at Northwestern University. He is the founder of Siegfried Andersen A/S.
