On the 5th of April FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz Law Office and Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce had a pleasure to host the next seminar from the SPCC Legal Morning Meetings cycle. The meeting took place in Warsaw, at the FKA premises. The seminar was titled "Most interesting judgments of the Supreme Court delivered in the years 2015-2017 which affect practice in the area of labour law".

The seminar was divided into two parts. The subject of the meeting included, among others: case law trends concerning discretionary bonus; collective redundancies and notices of termination amending terms and conditions of employment; recent developments at the Supreme Court in 2017 or trends in the area of non-competition.

The seminar was led by  attorney-at-law, FKA partner responsible for the Labour Law practice – Jolanta Zarzecka-Sawicka.
