On the 28th of March Linklaters and SPCC had a pleasure to host the Legal Morning Meeting at the Linklaters office in Warsaw. Legal experts from Linklaters shared their knowledge and experience on practical aspects of dealing with courts and law enforcing agencies in Poland. During the seminar participants had a chance to gain some knowledge on practical aspects of dealing with courts and law enforcing agencies in Poland – with special focus on interim measures, insolvency and  criminal investigations. The meeting was held by experienced legal experts form Linklaters: Conrad Wallenrodhe, Zbigniew Kruczkowski, Olga Górska and Tomasz Maniecki.
