On the 16th of November Kochański Zięba & Partners and Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce had a pleasure to host the SPCC Legal Morning Meeting at the KZP headquarters office in Warsaw. The morning meeting was related to changes in transfer pricing, which will come into force from January 2017. Our Members had an occasion to get acquainted with the current and upcoming regulations that apply to transfer pricing. There also was an opportunity to talk about the types of transactions that are regulated by, or on the documentation responsibilities, which is dependent on the income and expenses of the taxpayer. Some new responsibilities of the board members in the area of transfer pricing were discussed as well.
The meeting met the great interest among SPCC Members.
