On the 25th of October Peter Nielsen & Partners Law Office and Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce had a pleasure to host the SPCC Legal Morning Meeting which was held at PNP premises in Warsaw. The morning meeting was related to the situation of wind projects in the light of the Renewable Energy Sources Act and Law on Investment in Wind Turbines. The morning meeting was led by Paweł Nowak (Partner at Peter Nielsen & Partners) who is the head of the Energy Law Department, and Dorota Zabłocka (member of the Energy Law team). After the seminar participants had occasion to discuss on the subject and share their experiences.
