On the 11th of October Magnusson Law Office and SPCC had a pleasure to host the Legal Morning Meeting in Warsaw.
The morning seminar was focused on Trademark protection in the Polish legal system in light of recent changes. The meeting was led by Dariusz Piróg (Senior Associate in Magnusson) and Aleksandra KryÅ›ka (Head of Trademark and Industrial Design in Patpol). Our guests had an occasion to find out more about granting legal protection to a trademark or application for cancelling protections rights grated to a trademark. The procedure initiated due to infringement of protection right granted to a trademark was also discussed.
Once again, the seminar from the Legal Morning Meeting series met with interest from SPCC companies.
