On 18th of May at the next HR Forum meeting, we visited Skanska premises in Warsaw to learn more about how to connect generations by building an open and inclusive workplace. In the first part of the meeting SPCC Members participated in Skanska office tour. During the tour guests could gain some knowledge about Activity Based Working and see how it works in practice. After the tour Katarzyna Olczak (HR Director,  Skanska Commercial Development Europe) led very interesting presentation that showed a few practices from Skanska and opened a discussion among participants. After the presentation all the guests were invited for networking and cocktail in Skanska’s friendly interiors.
