On the 13th of April Maruta Wachta Sp.J. had a pleasure to host the SPCC Legal Morning Meeting at Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw.

Our Members had an occasion to learn more about effective personal data protection with a glimpse of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). The seminar was led by Sławomir Kowalski and Daniel Jastrun from Maruta Wachta Law Office. The main concerns were how to implement some important changes to the Polish Personal Data Protection Act and what does the Privacy Shield mean. Our Members could gain a lot of knowledge on the topic.
