Oktoberfest - one of the largest and most significant business events in the Lower Silesia celebrated its 9th anniversary. In the evening of the 12th of September in the Arsenał courtyard in Wrocław it gathered business managers, diplomatic corps and representatives of companies associated in seven international chambers of commerce, their clients, business partners and other key companies from Lower Silesia.
