Speakers

Michal Rampášek
Slovak attorney and cybersecurity law expert at the governmental unit CSIRT.SK. Michal is also a PhD candidate and lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Comenius University in Bratislava. His practice focuses on cybersecurity law and regulations concerning operational technology (OT) security in the manufacturing, transport, and healthcare sectors, where he advises international clients. Michal is also a frequent speaker at cybersecurity conferences, including KSC Forum in Wisła and CyberTek in Katowice, where he presented on legal challenges of OT security under NIS2/UKSC.

Marcin Kryszko
Attorney specializing in corporate law, M&A, and commercial matters, admitted to practice in three jurisdictions – Poland, England & Wales (Solicitor), and Russia. Marcin focuses on data protection, new technologies, IT law, and compliance. He primarily works with clients from the IT and e-commerce sectors. As Head of PETERKA & PARTNERS’ Warsaw office, Marcin coordinates legal advisory services for Polish clients operating across the CEE region.
