Changes in Medicover’s management structure: Dr. Artur Białkowski to head all business lines in Poland
Medicover announces organizational changes. As of January 16, 2026, Dr. Artur Białkowski has been appointed the new President of the Management Board of Medicover sp. z o.o. He will be responsible for all of Medicover’s business activities in Poland.
On January 16, 2026, Dr. Artur Białkowski took over as President of the Management Board of Medicover sp. z o.o., succeeding John Stubbington (currently CEO of Medicover). Due to organizational changes within the company, he will be responsible for all Medicover business lines in Poland. In addition to his current management of areas including medical centers, optical stores, pharmacies, fitness clubs, sports packages, and the benefits platform, he will also take over supervision of areas such as hospital operations, dentistry, mental health, infertility treatment, and medical centers operating on a fee-for-service (FFS) model.
Dr. Artur Białkowski has been associated with Medicover since 2012. During this time, he was responsible for the development of a network of medical centers, as well as for building a broad portfolio of non-medical services, including the Medicover Sport and Medicover Benefits platforms, and a network of fitness clubs and gyms. Since 2024, he has been the President of the Board of Private Medicine Employers. He also gained experience at Orange (Centertel), Siemens, and DHL Express. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, and in 2025 he obtained a doctorate in medical and health sciences.
Artur Białkowski’s new position and additional responsibilities also entail changes in the composition of the Management Board of Medicover sp. z o.o. The following individuals have joined the board:
- Krzysztof Świetlik, Dyrektor Departamentu Sprzedaży i Marketingu – jako Członek Zarządu ds. komercyjnych,
- Wojciech Łukasiewicz, Dyrektor Departamentu Operacyjnego – jako Członek Zarządu ds. operacyjnych.
