1. What made ARPI Accounting decide to start operating in Poland?
In Scandinavian countries, Poland is perceived as a politically stable country with a competitive, rapidly growing economy. We decided to establish operations in Poland due to its proximity, low labor costs, high education levels, and the availability of well-educated workers. The large market offered excellent opportunities for business development.
2. Scandinavian values in your company – how are they perceived and implemented?
In Norway, social justice is highly valued, and the economy is based on collective interests. Harmony and agreement are paramount, which is why our values are primarily fair competition, transparency, and high business ethics. Interpersonal relationships and people are also important values in our company, which translates into a flat organizational structure (low hierarchy). At ARPI Accounting, we maintain an open-door policy – employees can count on each other. This also applies to management.
3. How do you see the future of not only the company, but also the industry in which you operate on the Polish market?
Poland has a dynamically developing economy that has weathered the crisis and will likely overcome many more challenges. This reinforces our belief that Poland is a good place to do business, and we are optimistic about the future. This is especially true given that outsourcing is one of the most dynamically developing sectors of the Polish economy, and research shows that this trend will continue in the future. We are currently expanding our services to include IT solutions. This will allow our clients to entrust further processes within their company to experts.
4. What benefits does a company gain from SPCC membership?
Membership in the SPCC provides significant support for the ARPI Group’s operations in Poland. It not only promotes the company and its offerings through the Chamber’s website and events, but also provides networking opportunities, which have helped us establish numerous beneficial business contacts. Thanks to the various seminars organized by the Chamber, we have extensive knowledge of the Polish market and its operating principles. If you want to be close to the Scandinavian network and gain business knowledge about Poland, we recommend joining the SPCC.
