1.    What made 7N decide to start operating in Poland?

The decision to launch operations in Poland was made in 2005. The IT market was already developing dynamically, and our country was becoming a significant player in terms of the quality of programmers’ work. In Copenhagen, where 7N is headquartered, the development potential was recognized with the support of Polish experts. At the same time, it was clear that the company’s philosophy assumed that we would only work with experienced consultants, and we began searching for such consultants in Poland.

2.    Scandinavian values ​​in your company – how are they perceived and implemented?

The Scandinavian values ​​we uphold at our company are: a servant mindset, respect, and professionalism. At 7N, we help not only our clients and consultants, but also each other. We respect each other and always strive to understand the other person’s perspective. At the same time, professional development is important to us, so we eagerly share our knowledge and experience with others. Our values ​​are an important element in building internal organizational culture and relationships with business partners, such as our clients and consultants, as well as with employees, who perceive the company as a friendly workplace.

3.    How do you see the future of not only the company, but also the industry in which you operate on the Polish market?

Poland is developing as one of the region’s leaders in investment in the modern business services sector. Responding to the rapidly changing demand for IT, companies are abandoning traditional ownership models in favor of consumption models. Efficient IT is a minimum necessity. Efficient and dynamic use of the opportunities offered by IT is a competitive advantage. Thanks to cloud solutions, for example, companies can almost instantly scale access to infrastructure, resources, and even the functionality of their applications. This is the future of modern IT.

At 7N, we plan the organization’s development to not only stay abreast of new trends but also to participate in shaping them, especially since we work with the best experts in their fields.
