The third edition of the SPCC Expert Support programme is now open – we invite our member companies to benefit from the expertise of our experts!
We are pleased to announce the launch of the third edition of the SPCC Expert Support programme – and the final edition this year. Once again, the programme brings together professionals who would like to share their knowledge and experience as experts and member companies looking for expert support in their business.
The programme is dedicated to member companies of the Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce and provides access to the knowledge and experience of experts across a wide range of business areas. Its aim is to support companies in addressing current challenges, making strategic decisions, and identifying new opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
Edition 3/2026 runs from 1 September to 30 November.

Małgorzata Zielińska

Małgorzata Zielińska – I am a Scandinavian studies specialist and hold a PhD in Social Sciences. I serve as General Manager – Nordics at KUBO, where I am responsible for establishing and developing relationships with clients and partners across the Nordic countries in the areas of IT services, cybersecurity, and recruitment for IT and engineering positions.
For 10 years, I worked in recruitment across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Poland, specialising in IT and engineering – particularly in roles supporting the energy industry and pharmaceutical production. Earlier in my academic career, I focused on migration and intercultural learning.
I am fluent in Polish, English, Danish, and Swedish, and have lived in Denmark, Sweden, and Iceland.
Beyond IT services and recruitment, I am interested in the impact of artificial intelligence on work and in how organisations can adopt emerging technologies while maintaining trust, effective communication, and a people-centred approach.

Grzegorz Goniewicz

I am a partner at ByArb, a boutique law firm specializing in the resolution of litigation and arbitration disputes, as well as in alternative dispute resolution. Previously, I had worked in the litigation department of one of the leading international law firms. I have over ten years’ experience in conducting complex court and arbitration proceedings, as well as in contractual advice and claims management, with a particular focus on the construction and energy sectors.
I have a track record of significant achievements in representing main contractors and subcontractors on road and rail projects in disputes with public contracting authorities, particularly under FIDIC contracts, which have resulted in the signing of multi-million settlements. I advise clients at all stages of transactional and post-transactional disputes. I represent shareholders and partners, as well as members of the management boards of companies, in corporate disputes.
I hold a PhD in Law, specializing in criminal law. I conduct proceedings and advise clients on matters relating to white collar crimes.
I am listed as a recommended arbitrator by leading Polish arbitration institutions.

Patrycja Zalewska

Paulina is an employment law specialist with extensive experience advising on the labour and HR aspects of M&A transactions, including workforce-related due diligence, post-closing integration and change-of-control matters. She supports Polish and international clients across the full transaction cycle – from pre-signing analysis through to post-closing restructuring – with a particular focus on foreign investors establishing and developing their operations in Poland.

Przemysław Piętak

Przemysław Piętak has more than 20 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain management, and warehousing. Throughout his career, he has worked for leading manufacturing companies (Heineken / Grupa Żywiec), management consulting firms (Roland Berger Strategy Consultants), and logistics providers (CEVA Logistics). Between 2021 and 2025, he further expanded his expertise at CBRE, where he held the positions of Supply Chain Advisory Director and Business Development Director within the Industrial & Logistics Agency team.
Currently, Przemysław Piętak leads Knight Frank’s Industrial & Logistics Agency in Poland. Knight Frank is a global real estate consultancy headquartered in London that has experienced strong growth in the Polish market in recent years, advising on major transactions and delivering projects for clients including Schaeffler, Aurora Logistics, and SFD. In addition to managing the agency’s core business, Przemysław is responsible for developing complementary service lines, including location advisory, consulting related to cooperation with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and support in selecting warehouse automation and robotics solutions.

Karol Guździoł

Karol Guzdziol is a Partner and Head of the M&A Legal Practice at Grant Thornton.
