As part of the Nordic Aider Group, we combine international standards with an excellent understanding of local business realities. We focus on building long-term relationships based on trust, tailoring our support to the specific needs and stage of development of each client.

Our team of more than 300 specialists, working from offices in Warsaw, Katowice, and Łódź, supports companies across Poland, the Nordics, and the CEE region.

What motivated the Aider Group to establish operations in Poland?

The Aider Group entered the Polish market because it recognised Poland as one of the most promising markets for accounting, payroll, and HR outsourcing services in Europe. This decision was driven by the growing demand for outsourced financial and HR processes, ongoing digitalisation, and increasing regulatory complexity, all of which create a need for highly specialised service providers.

Entering the Polish market allowed Aider to combine its Scandinavian technological expertise with strong local competencies and market presence. Poland became a natural direction for expansion – a large, dynamic economy with a growing demand for modern financial and HR solutions that support business growth.

How are Scandinavian values perceived and implemented within your company?

At Aider Poland, we strongly identify with the values commonly associated with the Scandinavian approach to business: partnership, accessibility, and long-term thinking. We view these values through the lens of three principles that genuinely define the way we work: People First, Always Simplify, and Speed Forward.

People First means building relationships based on trust, mutual respect, and attentiveness to the needs of both clients and employees. We believe the best outcomes are achieved through partnership, open communication, and collaborative problem-solving.

Always Simplify is reflected in our day-to-day operations. We prioritise transparent processes, clear and effective communication, and practical solutions that make cooperation easier and address real business needs.

Speed Forward represents our commitment to action and continuous improvement. We combine high-quality expertise with efficiency and flexibility, enabling us to respond quickly to changing business requirements while consistently delivering value to our clients.

How do you see the future of both your company and the industry in which you operate in Poland?

The accounting, payroll, and HR outsourcing market in Poland is undergoing a significant transformation, driven primarily by industry consolidation and the continued professionalisation of services. We see increasing importance being placed on scale, process standardisation, and investment in technology. Clients are increasingly looking for partners who can provide not only operational support but also stability, security, and strategic assistance for growth, particularly in an international context.

Our ambition is to play an active role in this transformation through continued growth, strategic partnerships, and the integration of highly competent businesses. We aim to build a strong, integrated organisation and become the first choice for clients seeking comprehensive and scalable support across Poland, the Nordics, and the CEE region.

What benefits does your company gain from SPCC membership?

We see our membership in SPCC as a natural extension of our presence within the business community operating between the Scandinavian and Polish markets. For us, SPCC is primarily a platform for building relationships, exchanging experiences, and gaining a deeper understanding of the needs of companies operating in an international environment. Being part of the organisation supports our growth strategy across the region and strengthens our ability to collaborate effectively with businesses that share a similar approach to doing business.
