We warmly invite all SPCC Members to attend the Annual General Meeting which will start at 6.00 p.m. After the official part we invite you for a Cocktail and networking. We encourage all Members to active participation.

- Election of the Chairman and the Recorder for the Annual General Meeting.
- Approval of the Agenda of the Annual General Meeting.
- Statement by the Chairman of the Board on the Chamber’s activities in 2025.
- The Chamber’s audited financial statement for 2025.
- Election of the Chairman and the Board Members for 2026.
- SPCC Activity Plan for 2026.
- Proposal of the budget for 2026.
- Resolution regarding Membership Fees
- Welcome of new SPCC Members.
- Any other business.

Reception
Members participate in the General Meeting in person. Persons authorized to represent the company are kindly requested to register their participation by May 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
If you are unable to attend the General Meeting in person, you may authorize another person to vote on behalf of the company. The proxy form is available below.
On the 4th of May main persons will receive all the documents for Annual General Meeting.
