Speakers:
Michal Rampášek – Michal is an attorney in Slovakia and a legal expert at the government CSIRT.SK unit. He is also a PhD candidate and lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. His practice focuses on cybersecurity law and regulations concerning operational technology (OT) security in the manufacturing, transport, and healthcare sectors, where he advises international companies. He is also a speaker at conferences such as KSC Forum in Wisła and CyberTek in Katowice, where he has presented on legal challenges related to OT security (NIS2/UKSC).
Marcin Kryszko – Marcin specializes in legal advisory in the areas of personal data protection, IT and new technologies law, and broadly understood compliance. In his practice, he primarily works with clients from the IT and e-commerce sectors. Marcin coordinates legal advisory services for Polish clients operating across the Central and Eastern European region.
