Events. More than just networking.

At SPCC, we organize a wide range of events including networking meetings, thematic workshops, industry conferences, cultural gatherings, and business mixers, all aimed at supporting knowledge exchange and relationship-building within the Scandinavian-Polish business environment.

Last year alone, we hosted over 70 events across Poland, bringing together thousands of participants from various sectors. Our meetings took place in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Kraków, Łódź, the Tri-City area, Poznań, Wrocław, and Szczecin, as well as online—always with a focus on fostering valuable connections and sharing expertise.

Throughout the year, SPCC hosts a wide variety of events that cater to the diverse needs of our members, from networking meetings and business mixers to industry-specific seminars and high-level conferences.

These events provide unique opportunities to stay informed about market trends, legal updates, and business practices, while also offering a platform for members to showcase their expertise and engage in meaningful discussions. By participating, companies can strengthen their visibility, expand their professional network, and develop long-lasting business partnerships.

Speed Business Mixer

The Speed Business Mixer is a dynamic networking event that enables companies to establish business contacts quickly and effectively. It is a unique formula where companies can reach a wide audience with their offer thanks to the cooperation of several international bilateral chambers. The meeting is divided into three approximately 20-minute sessions, during which participants have the opportunity to present their company, present their offer, exchange business cards and establish new relationships and gain potential business partners. Each enrolled participant is assigned to the selected industries on the basis of a pre-filled application form.

Business Mixer

The Business Mixer is a tried and tested formula that fosters the establishment of new, forward-looking business relationships and the expansion of networks. Face-to-face meetings of entrepreneurs, taking place in a relaxed atmosphere – usually in the form of a cocktail – create ideal conditions for uninhibited conversations, discovering new development opportunities and initiating joint projects.

VIP Meeting

VIP Meeting is a meeting aimed at building dialogue between the business community and representatives of public institutions. Representatives of ministries are guests of honour at the event, organised in the form of a business breakfast. Their speeches are a valuable source of knowledge for entrepreneurs, enabling them to learn about ministries’ plans in areas relevant to business. The meeting is also an opportunity to start a dialogue, which can become the foundation of an effective consultation process leading to the creation of good laws – responding to the needs of all stakeholders. The event is aimed at the management of companies affiliated to our organisation.

National Section Events

Events organized by the national sections of SPCC member companies. Their aim is to foster national identity, integration, and community-building within the business and cultural environment. These gatherings are unique opportunities to celebrate diversity and strengthen cooperation based on shared values and heritage.

Company Visit

An exceptional opportunity for SPCC member companies to learn from one another. These visits include tours of factories, logistics centers, offices, and other facilities, giving participants first-hand insight into how modern business solutions are applied in practice.

Polish Nordic Business Summit

A prestigious conference bringing together business leaders and government representatives from Poland and the Nordic countries. The summit is a platform for discussing economic cooperation, innovation, and market trends in the region—an ideal setting for forming strategic partnerships and sharing high-level experience.

Expert Meetings

Events that gather specialists and practitioners from various industries. Their goal is to deepen knowledge, analyze current challenges, and present best practices and innovative solutions. These meetings support professional networking and help participants develop their skills and expertise.

Thematic Series

A series of events focused on design, HR, and circular economy. These themed sessions explore the latest trends and practices in design thinking, human resource management, and sustainable business models. Each meeting provides an opportunity to discover innovative approaches, share experiences, and discuss business efficiency and sustainability
