White & Case advises mBank on Develia’s bond issuance
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised mBank S.A., as arranger and dealer, on the issuance of bonds by Develia S.A. as part of its up-to-PLN 750 million bond issuance programme.
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised mBank S.A., as arranger and dealer, on the issuance of bonds by Develia S.A. as part of its up-to-PLN 750 million bond issuance programme.
The bonds were offered to qualified investors through a non-prospectus public offering and will be introduced to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s alternative trading system. The bonds were registered with Poland’s National Depository for Securities.
This was yet another bond issuance of Develia S.A. under this program on which White & Case advised.
Develia S.A. is one of the largest developers in Poland, specializing in construction projects and developing complex residential, office and commercial buildings.
