WHITE & CASE ADVISES MBANK ON BONDS ISSUE OF DEVELIA S.A.
Global law firm White & Case LLP advised mBank S.A., the arranger and dealer, on the issuance of Develia S.A. bonds under a bond issuance program of up to PLN 600 million.
The bonds were offered to qualified investors through a non-prospectus public offering and will be introduced to trading in the alternative trading system organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The bonds have been registered with the National Depository for Securities (NDS).
Develia S.A. (formerly known as LC Corp) is a Polish real estate development company that develops commercial and residential investments in six of Poland’s largest cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, Katowice, Gdansk and Lodz.
