White & Case advises GLP Europe on the acquisition of the 7R City Flex Gdańsk II warehouse park

The global law firm White & Case LLP has advised GLP Europe, a leading global company specializing in logistics real estate, data centers, renewable energy and related technologies, on the acquisition of the 7R City Flex Gdańsk II warehouse park from 7R,a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouse and production space.

The facility, currently fully leased by Euronet Polska, Frisco, and KTD Wyposażenie Obiektów Handlowych, is approx.11,500 square meters and located near Gdańsk close to the A1 motorway and the intersection with the S7 expressway.

7R City Flex Gdańsk II is certified in the BREEAM system.
