White & Case advised mBank on a bond issue of Archicom
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised mBank S.A., the arranger and dealer of Archicom S.A.’s M8/2023 series bond issue under a bond issuance program of up to PLN 350 million.
The bonds were offered to qualified investors through a non-prospectus public offering and will be introduced to trading in the alternative trading system organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The bonds have been registered with the National Depository for Securities (NDS).
Archicom S.A. is a nationwide developer listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, present on the market for 37 years. In Wroclaw alone, the company has completed more than 216 buildings, including multi-stage developments such as Olimpia Port and the revitalized Browary Wrocławskie.
