KR Group invites you to participate in the webinar "Whistleblower Directive – new obligations for employers" prepared by KR Group experts, which will take place on June 27th 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
EU whistleblower directive obliges member states to ensure that infringements can be reported within the company. These obligations will include, among others: implementation of the register of external notifications, ensuring the safety of applicants, development of anti-discrimination and anti-mobbing procedures, or adaptation of regulations to the GDPR.
