The new General Manager of Electrolux Poland

Ukrainian-born Ekaterina Beloblavskaya has taken on the role of General Manager of Electrolux in Poland. With her extensive experience in managing demanding markets and strong leadership skills, Ekaterina will drive strategies that enable the company to deliver solutions even better tailored to the needs of Polish consumers.

Born in Kyiv, Ekaterina earned an MBA from Edinburgh Business School. She began her career in the advertising industry. In 2008, she joined the Electrolux Group as Trade Marketing Manager for Ukraine, later becoming Marketing Manager for Ukraine and the Caucasus region. In 2019, she was appointed General Manager of Electrolux Ukraine. Since February 2022, she has been leading the Ukrainian team from Warsaw, while also serving as Sales Area Head for the Central region within the CA EAST structure. In October 2025, in addition to her responsibilities in Ukraine, she assumed the role of Acting General Manager in Poland. Ekaterina now manages both the Polish and Ukrainian markets as General Manager.

Living in Warsaw since 2022, Ekaterina has gained in-depth knowledge of the Polish market and the needs of business partners and customers. Her proven business expertise and leadership capabilities, demonstrated through her management of the Ukrainian market and support of several European markets, will bring new momentum to local operations. Working closely with the Polish team, which she already knows well, she will ensure business continuity and effective collaboration with trade partners.
