Medicover Medical Center opened in The Park Warsaw
Medicover has joined the group of tenants of The Park Warsaw complex, opening a modern medical center with an area of almost 1,640 sqm at 42 Krakowiaków Street. with the first endoscopic laboratory in its network and a full offer in the field of occupational medicine. This is a strategic strengthening of the service offer of the campus in Warsaw’s Włochy district and another step in the development of the complex in line with the idea of a 15-minute city.
Medicover is a leading international medical and diagnostic services company headquartered in Stockholm. For 30 years, the company’s operations in Poland have focused on a wide range of services – from prevention and health care to wellbeing. The newest facility in Warsaw – the Medicover Krakowiaków Medical Center – is located in the modern B9 building in The Park Warsaw complex, opposite the Łopuszańska Shopping Center. This is the first Center in the Medicover network with its own endoscopic laboratory, equipped with top-class equipment, where gastroscopies and colonoscopies are performed, among m.in. In addition, there are 35 doctor’s offices, a separate paediatric section, a collection point, as well as ultrasound, X-ray and psychotechnic laboratories.
The facility offers a wide range of services, including specialist consultations in internal medicine, paediatrics, cardiology, laryngology, gynecology, ophthalmology and orthopaedics. Occupational medicine and travel medicine are also available at the Krakowiaków Centre, and patients can take advantage of diagnostic tests such as ultrasound, audiometry, spirometry, cytology, psychotechnics and vaccinations.
Poland is one of the largest and most promising markets in which Medicover operates – along with Germany, Romania, India and Ukraine. Each new facility is an investment in better availability of services and expanding their scope. The Medical Center in The Park Warsaw is the best example of this – it combines general practitioners, specialist consultations, an endoscopic laboratory, magnetic resonance imaging and broad-profile occupational medicine in one convenient location

The new facility strengthens the character of The Park Warsaw as a campus that is consistently developing towards a “city within a city”. The complex managed by White Star Real Estate now offers not only a café, delicatessen, fitness club, kindergarten and nursery, car wash, Veturilo station or a free bus line to the Rakowiec and WKD Raków railway stations, but also green relaxation zones and pro-ecological initiatives, such as an apiary. The whole is complemented by events integrating the tenant community.
Today, several thousand people work at The Park Warsaw, and the growing number of tenants makes the needs of users more and more diverse. That is why it is so important that the complex offers not only class A offices, but also real amenities for users and residents of the area. The Park Warsaw has been present on the map of Warsaw for over a decade and still enjoys great market interest. The opening of the Medicover Medical Center in The Park Warsaw confirms the growing importance of services supporting wellbeing in office projects. Patients have been using the facility’s services since September 9, 2025.
