HR FORUM Szczecin

HR Forum: Labour Market 2026 – Employment of Foreign Workers, Legal Risks and Cultural Differences
The labour market in Poland has been changing faster than ever in recent years. A shortage of employees, rising employment costs and new legal regulations mean that companies need to rethink their recruitment and management strategies.
We warmly invite you to the next meeting in the HR Forum series, organised jointly by the Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce and LSJ HR Group.
During the HR Forum meeting, experts and business practitioners will share their experience and practical solutions that help companies operate in the rapidly changing labour market environment.
One of the key topics will be the employment of foreign workers – an area that for many organisations has ceased to be an option and has become a necessity. Participants will learn about the most common mistakes made by employers, the risks associated with improper employment practices, and how to prepare organisations for increasingly frequent inspections by public authorities.
The second part of the meeting will focus on managing multicultural teams. The hiring process itself is only the first step – the real challenge is effective cooperation, communication and integration of employees from different cultural backgrounds.
The meeting will be an opportunity not only to gain practical knowledge but also to network and exchange experiences among representatives of member companies.
