Jakub Jankowski new CEO of Inter IKEA Group
After 20 years at IKEA – including leading the IKEA Franchisor from 2018 and CEO of Inter IKEA Group since 2020 – Jon Abrahamsson Ring is handing over to Jakub Jankowski, currently Managing Director for IKEA Industry. Jakub will step into the role as CEO of Inter IKEA Group on 1 January 2026.
“Jakub Jankowski is an experienced and value-based leader with a great understanding of the value chain, and I am very happy that he has accepted to take the role as new CEO of Inter IKEA Group”, says Anders Dahlvig, chairman of Inter IKEA Holding B.V.
Jakub joined IKEA in Poland in 2001 and has since had many leading IKEA positions also in Romania, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Sweden such as store manager, CEO assistant, category area manager and deputy trading area manager – and now leading IKEA Industry.
