Polish – Nordic Synergies

What makes communication in international, diverse teams truly effective? Last week, we gathered in Gdańsk to take a closer look at cultural synergy in Nordic-Polish workplaces. During an inspiring workshop led by Siren Knudsen, we explored the key elements of effective and authentic communication in a professional environment.

???? Trust: Nordic vs. Polish perspective – in Scandinavian work culture, trust is granted from day one, and it’s up to you to maintain it. In Poland, trust is built gradually through consistent reliability. Both approaches uniquely shape workplace relationships.

In the second part of the event, Dr. Igor Gielniak from Archer took us on a fascinating journey through the Oil & Gas industry. From offshore drilling to life on a rig – his talk was truly eye-opening and reminded us that every industry faces its own unique challenges.
