Located in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, the Bejsce Wind Farm has joined the generation park of Enea Nowa Energia – the company managing RES assets in the Enea Group. Six modern wind turbines with a total capacity of 20 MW, built by OX2, will generate energy for nearly 20 thousand households annually.

The official opening of the farm with the participation of local authorities and representatives of the management boards of Enea, Enea Nowa Energia and OX2 took place on October 8, 2025.

“We are not slowing down, the transformation of the Enea Group is accelerating. The investment in the Bejsce Wind Farm, which we have just officially commissioned, is in line with Enea’s strategy, which assumes the dynamic development of our generation potential in renewable energy sources. This is our responsible contribution to the transformation of the Polish energy sector and another step on the road to zero emissions,” said Grzegorz Kinelski, President of Enea.

The Bejsce Wind Farm will produce approx. 65 GWh of green energy per year, which will allow to power nearly 20 thousand households. The new installation will reduce CO2 emissions from fossil fuels by about 38 thousand tons per year. This is as much carbon dioxide as about 19 thousand passenger cars would emit at that time and at the same time as much CO2 is absorbed annually by as many as 3,800 hectares of forests.

Enea’s transformation is happening right here and now, thanks to Enea Nowa Energia’s investments. The already operating Bejsce Wind Farm is one of those RES installations thanks to which the Enea Group’s wind power will soon reach nearly 300 megawatts,” emphasized Arkadiusz Arusztowicz, President of Enea Nowa Energia.

The new wind farm, located near the town of Bejsce in the Kazimierz district, in the south-eastern part of Polish, consists of six Siemens Gamesa turbines with a capacity of 3.3 MW each. The developer of the RES installation, OX2, was responsible for its construction, from which Enea Nowa Energia bought the project of a new wind farm in 2023.

“For us, the investment in Bejsce is another step in the implementation of the OX2 strategy, which aims to accelerate access to renewable energy in Poland and Europe. That is why we are simultaneously developing our own generation capacities, offering green energy for enterprises and industry, as well as implementing projects for investors, as in the case of the wind farm in Bejce. We would like to thank Enea Nowa Energia for their trust and partnership cooperation in the implementation of this investment,” said Tomasz Guzowski, President of OX2 Polska.

The foundation for the development of renewable energy sources is responsible cooperation and dialogue with the local community. During the construction of the Bejsce Wind Farm, the Swedish developer OX2 was also involved in social, educational and sports activities. OX2 initiated the creation of sensory gardens with educational shelters in the vicinity of the Primary Schools in Bejsce and Dobiesławice, rebuilt 1 km of municipal roads and built nearly 4.5 km of access roads to turbines, which will serve the community.

The official opening of the Bejsce Wind Farm was attended by representatives of local authorities: Edward Krupa – Mayor of the Bejsce Commune, as well as representatives of the Enea Group, m.in. Grzegorz Kinelski – President of Enea S.A., Arkadiusz Arusztowicz – President of Enea Nowa Energia. OX2 was represented by: Matthias Tatf, President of OX2, Michał Michalski, Executive Vice President of OX2 for Central, Eastern and Southern Europe, and Tomasz Guzowski, President of OX2 Poland.
