The lawyers of the Mergers and Acquisitions team of CDZ Chajec & Partners have advised Samito, a platform offering marketing automation solutions, on the takeover of a part of its business by the Wirtualna Polska Group.
CDZ lawyers provided Samito with comprehensive legal advice on the sale of an organized part of its business comprising functionalities for automatic optimization and increasing e-commerce conversions.
As a result of the transaction, the WP team was extended by over a dozen e-commerce optimization experts from Samito.
