advises GLP on the acquisition of a logistics center in Bieruń, Poland
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised GLP, a leading global investment manager and business builder in logistics, real estate, infrastructure, finance and related technologies, on the acquisition of a 60,000 sqm logistics center in Bieruń, Poland, from SPM, the largest logistics provider of its kind for the automotive industry in Poland.
The building is situated adjacent to National Road No. 44 with easy access to Expressway S1, only several minutes from Tychy, one of the key automotive industry centers in Poland. Another advantage of the property is its immediate access to a railway siding.
